Tropicana is located in Los Monteros, one of the oldest and most established areas of Marbella, with local security, palm-tree-lined avenues and manicured lawns. The beach, with its numerous dining options, beach bars and bungalows, is a short 200 meter walk down the street.

The villa design is a mix of contemporary and traditional Moorish, offering plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining areas equally suited to host lavish parties or to entertain family and friends in a private and comfortable environment.

In the large garden, several tiled terraces encircle the large swimming pool and the shaded dining and barbecue areas provide a cooler alternative to the bright sunbathing areas.

The entire villa is equipped with state-of-the-art music and television systems as well as a complete DVD library and wireless internet access throughout. An elevator allows access to the different floors for wheelchair users and those with mobility issues.
